I ordered the Mini Taquitos 4x and Quesabirrias.I had a BOGO deal, so ordered 2each. the total came out to around $40.
while it was good food, I will say that if I would have paid full price, I would have been pissed. Everything was very small, to include the Quesabirrias, which come three per order. to be honest, they reminded me of the size and greasiness of a Jack in the Box taco, which I can get two for $2. These Quesabirrias $14 per order of 3.
all of the food is very good, but the portion size were small and the price seemed inflated. the vegetables and spices tasted fresh,and it is worth the value if you can get a BOGO deal.

The 1lb of barbacoa was packaged perfectly. I was happy to receive tortillas that are just how I like them. It seems like San Antonio Mexican restaurants lack the skill of making a proper flour tortilla. La Birrieria Express nailed it. The barbacoa was great and not overly fatty/greasy. I enjoyed it. The 1 lb was served perfectly and I was not shorted one bit. I will order again.

ordered 2 Quesabirrias, there's very little meat and bland flavor compared to nearby restaurants offering the same dish. also only received one birria dip. I'll wait 10 minutes more for the other place next time.

Good flavor over all. Beans were a bit spicy for me. Tacos could have more meat especially when doing 4 instead of the typical 6 most places do for mini tacos.
