Wasn't any meat on some pieces very dry just not happy bread wasn't fresh

The pizza itself tasted good but the dough was soft and mushy, toppings just slid right off. I think this was just a one off experience because the food is usually good.

They gave me a classic pepperoni pizza instead of the pretzel stuffed crust I ordered. This was a gift for my friend away at college as well. How do you mess that up?
