Excellent service and quality of food! The store was out of a side item, and LJS called me personally to suggest an alternate side choice. I've been ordering Door Dash for years, and that was the first time someone called me to tell me they were out of an item. Typically, the restaurant wont say anything, disregards the customer, and moves on. I've ordered Steak and shrimp from Applebees one time, and sent my order without the shrimp. I called and they said "Oh yeah, we're out of shrimp." Well couldn't you have notified the customer? This particular Long John Silver's store gets an A++ rating from me. Thank you so much! The little things count!

Their 2 piece fish meal is large and comes with 2 sides, including healthy choices like green beans and coleslaw. I really am always happy with a meal from LJS

The crab cake was "fishy". It didn't taste right. The fish and chicken is "just okay". The first place I ever worked was LJS many years ago. They need to step up their quality game. It's poorly lacking. Not even any "chips" in the boxes.

The shrimp was delicious, as were the coleslaw and green beans. The salmon was just okay, almost like something I could make in my oven at home. The rice was good, not fantastic. My food arrived neatly packaged and at a good temperature to eat.

Fish tacos were literally a half piece of fish and a half teaspoon of slaw. Received waffle fries when I expected regular fries and received Pepsi when I ordered Diet Pepsi. LJS is way too expensive for their meals
to be this bad. UNACCEPTABLE!
