• 28/03/24I love these guys!! So friendly and helpful. They're always willing to accommodate you by adding an extra sauce packet or crispies. Their attitude is everything and really makes me smile every time I interact with them. Oh yeah, the food is always prepared to perfection and they never get my order wrong! Wish the other fast food places in town would come here for training. Keep up the good work team, we love you!!

• 6/11/25We decided to splurge on a Red Velvet Cheesecake for my birthday. Imagine my disappointment when our family meal was missing a side and there was no cheesecake to be found. :( Fortunately, they redelivered the entire meal (with my cheesecake!) at no cost. Nice save. I did think it would be a whole cheesecake for that price, rather than a slice, but at least it's good and fresh.

• 1/12/22The chicken is always so crunchy, and my guy has been ruined for cole slaw from any other restaurant. The fries can be too salty, unfortunately.

• 14/12/24wish they hadn't changed to these waffle fries. they're usually terrible and they only ever give you like 5 of them. but there was an extra piece of chicken this time, so I guess it evens out?

• 11/11/25This was our first attempt to eat Long John's in 14 yrs. Some of it for fast food wàs good some it not so good. The Fish & Chicken Platter - Fish was good but the Tartar Sauce you use now, isn't so great any more. The chicken is littler smaller and a bit dry. I'd buy it again.
The Popcorn Shrimp was a snack size but still a VERY small amount and small shrimp. They were good for the amount you got but I wouldn't buy them again. The Crab Cake was good but was very small and thin. Again I doubt I'd buy them again. Surprisingly, it was the Diet Pepsi that tasted really good.
I didn't even receive my Chicken Wrap or Honey Mustard but did get several Ranch which I didn't order or want.
