Wrap was really yummy (obviously bc I customized it) but the pita was stale and bland. Not warmed up (or at least by the time I got it)

This store is generally good.  However, the Wrap I received was awful, with little to no chicken and no dressing mixed, so I ate a dry spinach and fetta cheese wrap.  Unacceptable--even if it's for door dash, an employee needs to make the requested item, just as though the customer is standing there watching you make it!

It's getting harder to want to order from here anymore. Today's salad come with rotten avocado. Hard to see how they this wasn't missed when making my salad. Now I get to pick that out before eating it. I would like to request a refund since this is the third salad I've ordered that has come with rotten ingredients.

Ordered a salad with dressing tossed in as medium. Salad had almost no dressing. It just tasted like lettuce and grilled chicken. Also could not substitute croutons without an additional charge which is never an additional fee in-store.
