Mallard's is great value for the money. Everything we have ever ordered has been top notch, both in restaurant and through DoorDash. You can expect everything to be packed securely and arrive fairly hot.

Everything was okay. We definitely have had bette from previous orders and visits. The STEAK ALFREDO had steak that was cooked well done which is okay but would be better to have an option to choose how we want our steak. The WALLEYE FISH FRY was crispy but the side of mashed potatoes was sad with only one scoop. I would expect at least two decent scoops. What is really sad this time around was the MARYLAND CRAB CAKES because they didn't have a crust and now we're only getting two crab cakes although the photo shows 3 and was the price for when it was three crab cakes. It feels like a lack of quality review before a dish goes out. Even though it's not dining in, orders to go show get the same attention. Just a little bummed but still love it.

Overall the food was tasty. Daily Bread appetizer was delicious and the bread was still warm. Dixie Pie was supposed to be shared but I definitely kept it to myself. Hahaha. Seafood Cannelloni probably would have been better in person so it was fresh and hot. The filling had a good ratio of seafood which in thankful for. For the Salmon New Orleans we didnt think it was worth the price. It was a good piece of meat however if it was wild caught salmon then I would say the price was good. One suggestion is to use size appropriate containersas they were so big that you lostthe sauce with the dishes because of how its shaped. The to go containers would be better for handhelds and fries.

the STEAK ALFREDO was delicious!! steak was cooked to my liking. DAILY BREAD was super good. loved the sweet sauces that went with it!

Don't bother ordering the Mac & Cheese while adding lobster to it. It's not even close to worth the added $10 to a $6 dish. You receive a pitiful amount of lobster, just over half of a small claw. They got rid of their entree Lobster Mac, and the total cost of this side dish with the added lobster is definitely less than the former main dish. I wrongly thought that, for the lofty price of the addition, this would be modestly close to what that dish was, or at least more than what this came with. I was wrong. It's not worth ordering again.
