Manna is a family owned, family operated, & family friendly restaurant serving delicious, down-home, southern cooking in Jackson, Alabama.
My husband loves the hamburger steak. I always order the "Large Meat" version for him. It used to come with two hamburger steaks but sadly only comes with one now. The sides are generous but the meat is on the skimpy side.

Traditional southern food. Ribeye Steak - 12oz was large and cooked, but no extra/special seasoning. Rest of sides were fine.

The catfish was great. The collards we the best I think ive had. Hush puppies were good. My only complaint is I did not know the catfish came with hush puppies. If I would have known i would not have chosen it as a side. The portions were kinda small for the price. The banana pudding was just ok. It looked all melted and gross. Not alot of wafers which is my favorite part. I was disappointed.

We ordered two large Hamburger Steak (Large Meat Portion) and one child's plate. My husband's large meat was fine...one large patty. My "large meat" meal was exactly like the child's portion. I also requested extra gravy & onions. As you can see, it not only doesn't have EXTRA gravy, It barely has a tablespoon. lol. All meals were the same in that respect. The meals were delicious but very skimpy. Also missing salad dressing and rolls. Meh.
