Everything I have eaten here has been awesome. The Beijing Noodles with Soybean Paste are a fave, as are the Pan Fried Pork Dumplings (6), garlic fried noodles, Shanxi Shaved Noodle Soup and fried rice. The noodles are hand pulled and everything is made to order.

Th Moo Shu Fried Noodles were awesome and I chose fried Side Fried ToFu to have some protein. It was good but it got a little soggy from being packaged. Nevertheless, it was delicious and soaked up the plum sauce. Generous portion, super fresh, would definitely order again.

Shanxi Oil Splash Noodles with hand pulled noodles was outstanding! Great unique spices! Garlic Chicken Fried Noodles was saucy & loaded with garlic. Fried Beef Dumplings (6) were good, a little smaller than my fave Chin Chin dumplings. I'll be back soon!

The Shanxi Shaved Noodle Soup is delicious- however, spending almost $20 for this dish isn't something I'll do again. The brisket is very tendon/fat/cartilage heavy (and it's delicious) but just be aware of that.
The black fungus salad is the best one I've ever had. I would eat this every day!!
The garlic edamame was unseasoned steamed edamame.
Spring rolls were fried to perfection. 7/10

Very strange flavor in the Wonton Soup. Doesn't taste anything like the wonton soups I've had in the past. Chicken Fried Rice was extremely bland. Once I added additional soy sauce it was better but it was hardly fried. The Garlic Edamame is great. The Steamed Pork Dumpling(6) are some of the best I've ever had!
