Unlike their competitors, the sandwiches tasted fresh and were loaded with ingredients.
The potato salad and potato soup were both delicious.

Paid $10 for just a spud with bacon and cheese with sour cream on the side. The potato looked like it had been scrapped out with a fork while two tiny pieces of bacon were places on top. This is the WORST order i have ever gotten and we will not be ordering from that Mcalisters again! Its worth the drive to go to an alternate location. This was the biggest joke!

Terrible with delivery orders. My grilled chicken king didn't have any honey mustard, barely any chicken, and was dilapidated when I opened the box. I can't believe I paid $17 for that. Our other sandwich wasn't cut in half like normal but that was an easy fix.

Ruben was wrapped up with pickle. Bread got soggy from the pickle juice. Mac and cheese was gross. Cheese was thin and runny. Kids Pizza was very small and undercooked. Had to put in toaster oven to cook it more.

The liquid cheese on a baked potato is a no go, I assumed it was like the typical liquid cheddar/nacho cheese, but this was a bit more spicy more so for maybe nachos but definitely not a baked potato and the bacon is usually really crispy and cooked perfect but I'm guessing it was because of this cheese. It just didn't even look done.
