• 22/07/25By far the worst McDonald's in Florence. No condiments were sent with the order, McChicken®sandwiches were microwaved, brown lettuce, Filet-O-Fish® was over cooked and overall, just an awful meal for the price.

• 24/08/24The sandwich was a Big Mess, not a Big Mac. The fries were way undercooked and my apple pies were BURNT. It was terrible.
