Orders usually arrive cold, probably because I know for a fact the McDonalds puts ready orders on a shelf in the lobby without any warming, until whenever it is picked up by the dasher.
If too long, this can also become a health code violation as well.

I ordered a Dr Pepper and I got died soda water there's no Dr Pepper flavor at all
