The chicken nuggets in the Big Mac pack were hard as a rock and some were hollow with the tiniest amount of chicken.

Asked for Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal with no fixings, extra cheese and someone put extra pickles on there with the extra cheese... Insulting. Accidental? Maybe. Staff is usually very polite and my orders are exact. Was disappointed with this one.

I WAS MISSING STRAWS/ ANOTHER COKE which I was charged for and the food obviously tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. The fries were dry/hard/stiff/ no flavor and genuinely poor in taste.
