I understand why the order was late. It was good & hot.
The bag was packed full. It ripped & thankfully we lost nothing. Seriously, md & lg French Fries on the very bottom all spread out, 3 McRibs® in boxes & 1 McRib® in a platter & it was on its side in one bag. Thats ridiculous!
There was no napkins & silverware.
Someone needs to be trained on how to bag items.

Everything we got from this mcdonald's on Battlefield was absolutely perfect! I've never had lunch with the closer mcdonald's location to our office on freshness or even getting our orders correct. This one made our morning as it was all very fresh and nothing was missing! It was perfect!

The hamburger patty on the bottom of my burger was not cooked. It was real pink in the inside and I couldn't eat it. The upper one was a little pink, but I could eat that never happened before otherwise things were fine.

Food has always been made fresh and made exactly the way ive requested. Best McDonalds ive been to in Springfield!!

My Caramel Sundae that I ordered was a lot smaller than I anticipated. It's below the top of the cup, not lid, the top of the cup. I'm honestly really annoyed with how little they gave me for almost $6. I don't know if the workers just didn't put enough in it, or if that's the normal amount, but I won't be ordering it again if it's this small.
Everything else was fine, though. No complaints there.
