Big Mac and Quarter Pounder were good. The fries were cold and I asked for extra salt but got none at all

both of my Spicy McCrispy sandwiches were rock hard, i couldn't eat it and then my fries were cold. but the sprite was good...
i usually love mcdonald's but idk it was bad today

This is the third time we make a decent size breakfast order for 8, nothing complicated. No changes to the menu and half our order gets forgotten. No hash browns. Missing drinks, and two breakfast platters.

Double Filet-O-Fish® was fresh but had onions mixed in the lettuce BIG ARCH™ Meal was fine.

Iced Caramel Macchiato it's was great. I didn't get the Frozen Coca-Cola®but got alarge lemonade sweet tea mix. it was really great. i dont care.still enjoy it.
