I have not been to McDonalds in a long while because every time I have gone for the last year the Double Cheeseburger is so burnt and dried out the other side looks like someone scraped the top layer. I have enclosed pictures. I have pointed this out in person to management and still they have not fixed the problem Pictures encourage

Sprite with absolutely zero syrup... tastes like carbonated water. Large fries are half filled and undercooked.

Door dash isn't crediting me for terrible food. I received a sprite with the syrup obviously needing replaced. They shoved two orders of pancakes for two separate people into one tray so they are smashed and torn. they are also completely hard like they are very old.

Steak is severely misrepresented in photos of the meal. It is about the size of a sausage patty with the consistency of wet cardboard. Completely inedible.

My hash browns were hard as a rock. My McGriddles were not cooked all the way. It was absolutely horrible.
