Don't go to/use the McDonald's on 800 E. I've given them a try a few times and every time I'm disappointed. Today my drink was full. An inch from the top missing. The fries also weren't full. No salt on them. I don't even selected extra salt after the last couple times with saltless fries.

Yesterday morning I ordered a big breakfast with a drink, coffee, and a burrito online from a McDonald's in Orem, Utah. When I opened the bag the packaging of the food was standing on end. As I pulled the food container out of the bag the eggs, sausage and biscuit fell to the bottom leaving me holding an empty container. I contacted the manager of the store who informed me that she was following McDonald's policy and this current arrangement is what I am expected to see if I order another big breakfast in the future. The store also failed to include the hash brown. Obviously this meal was a poor value as much of it was ruined or missing.

The milkshake and warm cookies were perfect-- an excellent pick me up! although I'm disappointed that I ordered extra things on my cheeseburger and receive absolutely *none* of those extras, it could still hit the spot

Although the service was fast I had some issues with my food. The fries didn't come as full, one of the burgers came half-assed and my drink (sprite) only tasted like sparkling water.
