I've ordered from Penrose McDonald's four times now and have yet to have my order accurately done. Missing items and soggy/stale burgers. Mt Wellington is always perfect tho, probably bc they treat their staff good.

There was only 9 chicken nuggets packed, it was not handled properly, missing 2 sauces and it is jnot freshly made !!

missing items as always I called the store was told nothing could be done ask door dash for refund useless, no chips ,no nuggets, burger McChicken Chomp got a apple pie and drink and BBQ sauce like 😢 was dinner for my son
