The food was hot and delicious. The McNuggets were nice and crispy, and the crew member who left the little note really made my bad day better with that little touch.

So the Hot Fudge Sundae tasted pretty good. However, I ordered extra hot fudge and this is what the "extra" hot fudge looked like. Idk, maybe this is extra, but I was expecting more for whatever reason.

Me and my husband ordered the McDonaldland Quarter Pounder®
with Cheese Meal that is supposed to contain a toy inside and it wasn't in either bag. this isn't the first time either but I let it go last time but twice is to much.

Fries are stale and probably sat under the heat lamp for awhile. They were a dark brown almost burnt. Same for the nuggets.

The McDonald's at 150 Roberts Creek Road in Roseburg, Or has the WORST staff out of any of the Roseburg locations.
They put the bags for someone named Chelsea into the bag with my name on it.
I took the entire order back and the manager and another employee informed me, my sister and brother in-law that the order had been reissued.
I didn't request a "reissue" and we told them we wanted what we had ordered.
We then over heard a crew member stating "We have to remake the ENTIRE order? Are you serious?"
And it was still wrong.
They didn't put my sisters food into the bag, I had to go and ask where it was, and instead of receiving 4 medium fries and 1 large fry (which is what I paid for), they gave me MEDIUMS.
They seemed to not care that they screwed up the orders and were mad that they had to fix the problem, and still screwed it up because they were acting like kids, laughing and carry on instead of focusing on their work.
