I have ordered from this location at McCarran and Pyramid multiple times, and it is always good. The cheeseburgers always taste fresh, and the Apple Pie is often still warm and delicious. It's a go-to when I forget my lunch at home.

This store is inconsistent. Half the time it's old food or cold. When it's good it's really good, but that's only part of the time. Nuggets and fries were nice and hot today, but I ordered a medium smoothie to drink and it was almost 1/3 empty!! Not sure what's up with that, but the smoothies are an extra $3 with a meal and I expect a full one if im paying that for it. Could tell the chocolate chip 3 Pack Of Cookies weren't fresh at all either

The half of drink I received from McDonald's was great. I wish it was my full drink, but the Dasher spilled my drink.

Bag was soaking wet when I got it. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal and got two small kiddie patties. That and a ton of onions were hidden inbetween the patties and stuck to the cheese when my order didn't ask for onions. The fries were perfect though.
