Usually McDonald's does a great job on doordash but the last 4 orders were still frozen or old nuggets and fries and or overcooked filet fish sandwich ... so your taking risk ordering through doordash

I have ordered from other McDonald's previously, and always had a good experience, but this time was a bit of a disappointment.
I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and called to see if I could switch them to regular as the app was not being user-friendly and letting me switch them. The lady that answered was very rude, yelling at me telling me I need to bring her the chicken nuggets, and the receipt, even though they have not begun to make my order yet as I had placed at minutes ago.
I tried to explain to her that I had just placed the order, not even two minutes ago, and that they hadn't made it yet the Dasher I have not picked it up and I didn't have them, but she continued to yell at me that I needed to bring her the receipt and the chicken nuggets even hanging up on me at one point in the middle of me talking.
When I received my order, my burger barely had any of the ingredients that I had specifically ordered extra of all of which has never happened before. Overall bad customer service but the food wasn't bad and the dasher was nice

Always a good experience ordering from this McDonalds through doordash. The person preparing those orders should get a raise.

Sometimes forgets items or does not follow instructions, but does get my order right most of the time and is quick!
