over cooked nuggets, undercooked fries, and a dasher had to cancel because the restaurant took 15 minutes for it to not even be ready, took like 45 minutes to even have it ready

I ordered a Big Mac meal and asked for no lettuce and no pickles, and extra meat patty. All I got was a regular Big Mac with pickles, lettuce and NO extra patty, and got charged for the extra patty.
