The fries are very stale, like they were from yesterday, and the soda is very deluted. I got sprite and there's absolutely no flavor or gas. It's very gross. The quarter pounder bread also seems stale. Please do better !

Last few times I've ordered, I don't get the straws when I select "add straw," my fries are fluffed (less than medium size quantity in a large container), and this most recent order I didn't get any of the dips/sauces on top of my usual issues. Food isn't cold and disgusting so it's not a complete bummer. I'd understand some of these things once in a while but it's been pretty consistent.

Everything was cool. (The Mc Chicken Pack was still warm and the fries were fresher than expected. ) Everything was good except the Vanilla Shake. The shake was literally melted soft serve in a cup. The whole thing looked as if it had never been frozen.
