Quality went wayyyyyy down. The price is not worth it at all. At least when there was a dollar menu the food was good! Patties are now way smaller than the palm of my hand. Chicken nuggets were rock hard and dry. Fries were ok but not hot. Wont be ordering from here again unless I'm drunk! Ya lost me.

Hash Browns (plural) for $2.99 is a little deceiving since you only get 1 and it has more than tripled in price. You need to fix that.

TheBig Arch was very messy and did not taste good. Bun was hard and the sauce was not good.The fries were only half cooked.

I paid extra to get a shake with my meal and did not receive it. I'm assuming that "The ice cream machine is broken" is probably the excuse, but they didn't contact me and instead just didn't give me a drink and charged me the full price
