When Door Dash fills an order from McD on Nissan Blvd., it is always cold, over cooked & tastes like it has been under their lamps all evening. This was terrible. Juicy chicken sandwiches were very dry and clearly left under lamp for a long time. Buns were dry, too. Even the extra pickles we asked for and did not receive could not have saved this. McD on Lowry always serves hot, fresh meals. NOT Nissan location.

Everything was fine except for the Hot Honey Crispy Chicken Biscuit Meal. I loved the flavor of the hot honey with the Biscuit, but I couldn't even bite through the chicken. Like, it was completely rubbery.

Fries had no salt and I asked for extra, fries and Bruger was cold, half piece of bacon supposed to be three, one mini pickle …. What the helly!

This McDonalds location in Smyrna ALWAYS gets it right!!! They have a great system down and I wish other restaurants in the area would follow their lead!
