My hot and spicy sandwich was sloppily put together and when I received it the bottom bun was moist from sitting on the counter too long before given to my dasher. I ordered my Hot 'N Spicy McChicken® Meal in large and my fries were not full. All of my food arrived like it had been sitting in the packaging for 15 minutes before it was delivered.

Order was perfect, all items correctly delivered. Burger was fresh enough to still be juicy, fries were also fresh & hot.
This is what customers hope for EVERY time they order delivery: to actually receive what we order, and for it to be well-prepared & to our specifications.

I ordered oatmeal breakfast and the website said it was two servings and had apples, cranberries and raisins in it.You can also order and pay for extra add ins which I did. I received warm oatmeal that only filled half the container and did not have any add ins at all. if I order oatmeal from again, I will only do so if I can call them to confirm my order as I tipped the driver well and couldn't do that twice for breakfast. DD didn't refund me for the oatmeal only the cost of the extra add ins (1.50) but I literally got a half portion of one serving so in addition to being disappointed, I was still hungry.

My double quarter pounder with bacon only had one patty... seriously!?! I want my money back, Thank You!!
Beyond done with this location, if y'all can't get your things in order then just close.. the amount of issues with this location and now shortening the orders but charging full price. I want a full refund on the entire order... I'm done with this. Zero stars!!!

Everything was there and good, just as you expect! Love the sausage egg McMuffin and hubby love the Sausage Egg Biscuit Meal, can't get him to try anything else because he loves their biscuits. We will order again.
