They were out of apple pie, understandable early in the morning. So they gave me nice fresh, hot hashbrowns! But the iced latte with extra espresso shot tasted like it barely had one espresso shot. And almost no ice. Just a big glass of slightly cold whole milk! now I have to get a Dunkin iced latte!

Ordered the 3 strips of bacon & got 1 broken inton 3 pieces instead...
My cheese was also not melted at all and meat was too pink
Sprite was good, sauces were correct and helped the meal a lot.
Fries were half full & it was supposed to be a large
Nuggets were great!!

The large fry that I ordered did not even turn out to be a large. Instead, it was more of a small to medium amount. I paid extra for a large so I could get more. Everything was also room temperature, and not even lukewarm.

Consistently under fill their French Fries. I switched from getting large to smalls because there was no difference. Theyve also gone down in quality. The 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® are never fresh, they're cold and chewy.

I don't know what's happened to this McDonald's but the past few times I have ordered the dashers have to wait incredibly long for the order to be ready, often the dasher gives up the order because they wait 15+ minutes. They consistently only half fill the fries (I've received a nearly empty large before) and the nuggets are always hard and clearly old. Not sure if it's a staffing thing or what. Previously, it would be so quick. But it's as if either this location got ridiculously popular or they are ridiculously understaffed. They often turn off online orders. Y'all need to hire more people and pay them better.
