6 pc. Chicken McNuggets®. Pieces were hard as rocks. Cat wouldn't even eat them. Chicken sandwich was also tough and hard

They did mess up my order, but when I went to the store to get it fixed, the employees were great, very helpful and apologetic, didn't make me feel like I was a burden at all. They made a mistake, but they also made it right.
