I LOVE the McDonald's in Orange, Texas. The never disappoint. The food is always hot and fresh unlike other McDonald's restaurants that I have patronized. For years, I stopped eating at McDonald's do various quality issues in the past. This location, has never disappointed.

The manager of this store needs a reality check. EVERY ORDER is wrong. This time, they placed an EMPTY paper fry back in the bag along with a half full med fry container INSTEAD of the basket, the Sweet Iced Tea with lemon was changed to a sprite and the Coke Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar was changed to a Dr Pepper. Like WHY BOTHER doing this to make life LESS STRESSFUL when they get it WRONG ALL THE TIME!!

My cookies were burnt, i didn't receive my 2nd drink and the 1st one wasn't the right soda. Portions were okay, it was pretty fresh for the most part. I would definitely order again but I'd hope for better results

This McDonald's has messed up our order 3 times in a row and it's always my kid's part of the food. They seal the bag themselves. They should take one more before they seal it and send it off with drivers that have no control over if the order is correct.
Do better McDonald's.

Those cookies were hard and broke into pieces. Those are the worst cookies I've ever received from McDonald's.
