Missing food from order. No 2nd bag per driver. Big Mac buns were stale and hard. Lettuce was wilted. Very little Mac sauce.

Asked for no lettuce only mayo, got mayo and ketchup heavily on the sandwich, very soggy very gross, no where in the order was there ketchup.
