My Big Breakfast® with Hotcakes was good but my Iced Mocha was beyond extremely bitter and NOT sweet whatsoever.

They forgot all of our sauces, some which I paid for, no straws in the bag and the food was cold. They also just slopped a ton of ketchup and mustard all over the burgers and making the bread soggy.

Food took over an hour and 10 minutes to even be done before the dasher picked it up. Manager said they couldn't find the order.
