We always order or go thru drive thru for our meals.. BUT 8-13-25, 4:00pm, went thru drive thru, the order taker totally got the order all wrong!! Had to repeat order several times.. Burgers were yuk! Fries cold... We live a 1/2 mile from the store, so it wasn't due to a long drive to get cold. The burgers were totally fixed wrong, HOW do you mess up "Qtr. lb double cheeseburger w/mustard & pickles ONLY"...and should have been TWO of them, received ONE! Had no pickles, no cheese on 2, and KETCHUP!!!! NO ketchup was mentioned in order. I realize you were busy but come on McD's, you're my favorite for a good juicy burger - NOT an old dry pancake of a burger!!! For over 43.00 I feel duped!

Spicy McCrispy™ Meal fries were perfect, kinda got a skimpy piece of chicken on my sandwich but still good.

the sausage on both sandwiches had a chemical taste to it and the hashbrowns had the same flavor

I have always had great experiences with this McDonald's. Always fresh and amazing, until I ordered tonight and they completely didn't put in my ten piece nuggets and no ranch either. Also just threw everything in the bag with no care at all. Will absolutely be ordering from the other McDonald's up the road instead
