Best barbecue meat in the county. Always good smoke flavor and it's still moist. The sides are amazing ! especially the okra and sweet potato casserole

The 1/2 Rack St. Louis Ribs were tender and tasted fresh and smoked perfectly! I got Mac and cheese and greens which were okay, the cornbread was moist and sweet just like I like it! Cant wait to order again and try the sweet potato!

everything it mean fire is amazing you will never be disappointed. one of my favorites is the chicken it has the best flavor of any barbecue place in the entire county also counting Orange county where we moved from.
