Soooo good, me and my boyfriend split these meals and were able to eat full meals again today. everything was absolutely delicious. the spice level was perfect, flavors were incredible. We have a Thai restaurant over 5 hours away from here that is one of our all time favorites, always eat there anytime we are in town, and Mint Thai is literally spot on to what we're used to. will definitely be enjoying from them again.
Only suggestion.. the baby corn in the Pad Woonsen (Glass Noodle) was very very difficult to chew through. It was still very hard in the center, almost as if it wasn't cooked all the way. I have eaten baby corn my whole life, one of my favorite things, and when I saw it I was very excited, but it was a major turn off for this dish.

It was all so damn delicious!! The soup is creamy smooth spicy full of veggies but no too much and it's a great balance. The glass noodles with veggies I love the spice and the amount!! Fresh veggies, this dish wasn't dry just delicious and the egg rolls. I ate 2 before I took the picture. Yummy

Just coming back from Thailand, these flavors were great! The Pad See Ewe (Flat Rice Noodle) was cooked perfectly and was enough for leftovers. The Thai Iced Tea was insanely delicious! I'm not a huge sweets person, but it was perfect. Just like I got on the side of the road in Koh Samui a few weeks ago. 🔥

The assortment of veggies was delicious and not mushy. The chicken, beef and shrimp were generous and flavorful. I ordered the medium spice level,but it was hotter than I anticipated and I'm from NM where I grew up on very hot green and red Chile! I will order it again, but with a lower spice level.

The Ground Chicken or Pork Salad (Larb) is wonderful. Very flavorful and the portion is generous. The Coconut Soup (Tom Kha) is equally flavorful and perfectly seasoned. Definitely recommend. Solid choice.
