• 7/09/23the Biriyani here is the best in greater Boston. Not perfect, but very well made and flavorful unlike seemingly every other restaurant in a 5-10 mile radius. Unless you're willing to go all the way out to Waltham or Lowell, this is the place to go!

• 4/11/23We love Mirchi Nation. Within a month or so, we have placed several orders for Chicken Pepper Fry. The biriyanis are good too, the goat fry biriyani was a little too spicy. Curry Leaf Chicken was spicy too, but the flavors were amazing. Overall a great South Indian place.

• 24/08/24All very tasty! There were only 2 Idly, which for $9 is not much. There was a decent amount of meat in the Butter Chicken , but there was a more limited amount of rice. Would order the curry again, probably not the idly just based on bang for your buck

• 6/04/25I have ordered from this place several times so this review is a combined review of these orders. I have tried the plain dosa once before which was very good. However, the plain dosa that I got most recently was lackluster - Something was not right with the balance of the spices, which normally would have been pretty good. Not sure if it was a bad day or there is a new person in the kitchen with the prep on a rainy Saturday . Edible but forgetable. Some feedback regarding the dosa packaging - wish there were "breathing" holes so the dosa remains crispy. Takeouts are a little bit sad with flaxid dosas. Otherwise we have tried the boneless chicken 65 and that was very spicy, large portion and excellent.

• 26/08/24The Apollo Idly and King of Kodivepudu were both awesome. Butter Chicken was a little sweet, seemed a little weird - but this restaurant seems to lean south Indian (in Brookline???? FINALLY!) so we didn't mind. The Chikoo Shake was the best drink I've ever had. 11/10. I'm satisfied. Lastly the Malabar Paratha(2Pcs) was perfect and flakey.
