Ramen was delicious yesterday so I ordered again today!
They put a whole extra bowl of ramen and extra broth in my to-go bag for no extra charge <3 and they drew a cute smiley face on the top haha. That is so nice and made my day! Thank you Miyagi staff!

5/31/26 6:30pm This is my favorite restaurant in the entire world and I've been ordering the same thing for 5 years religiously, recommending it to everyone I can. However tonight I placed the same order I always have and received the worst spicy miso I've had at any restaurant to date): I'm extremely disappointed. I've always loved that the noodles are house made, but these were comparable to angel hair pasta. I order the spicy miso every time but this was comparable to regular miso, no spice at all): it actually tasted like it wasn't seasoned AT ALL. I decided to splurge and order extra protein, and while I usually finish the entire meal including every drop of broth, today even with extra protein when everything was gone the portions of the meal were not filling like they usually are. This does not mean I would not order my fav spicy miso again, but I REALLY hope this isn't going to be the consistent quality moving forward): if miyagi has no more fans im no longer in this world... or this poor quality has remained consistent... I love you guys I hope u were just having a bad day

The Tempura Shishitos are addictingly good! We've tried all the ramen and each one is delicious. Probably the best place on door dash in Bend!

I want to start by saying it was delicious. After i fixed it. The steam bun was basically a bun, but like it taco form? And i was so excited about this Tonkotsu Ramen but they gave me only a couple tablespoons of broth so i improvised with chicken broth and soy sauce. I feel like it would be really good, it just seemed way to rushed. They also only gave me one piece of pork for my ramen.

Maybe I just had bad luck this time. I paid for extra broth and noodles, so my Tonkotsu Ramen was over 30 dollars. I don't mind paying for good ramen, but it is very frustrating when you spend that much for a single menu item, and they forget to include the black garlic oil. This is supposed to be included, and it is one of the things I love about this dish. Also, the broth was good but felt a little light since I paid extra. The pork belly was slightly overdone. The Tsunami Fries were good, though.
The food is closer to a 4, maybe even a 5 in person, but you should be held to a higher standard when you charge a premium price in this economy. Perhaps I will try again (I usually order from Kanji) and update the review if I feel like giving them another chance.
