I love MOD unlimited pizza. One thing I would mention is that it seems over time that the delivery orders (which is all of my orders with MOD) have a larger number of errors than I would expect on ingredients I've ordered being missing, and just today an error on pizza crust thickness ordered.

This store said they "cannot find the order" to my dasher who was waiting for a long time... order finally got delivered, and pizzas are burned, and have whole slices just missing the cheese. Terrible quality and service.

Pizza crust is consistently burned and too thin every time we order from here. All three pizzas had huge dough bubbles that took up half the slices, where there were no toppings or cheese. "Mega-dough" costs more but crust was exactly the same.

first of all the pizza arrived cold. the toppings were scarce, there was more "crust" than topped pizza and the salad toppings were also barely there. the amount of salad dressing that was provided didn't even dress a fourth of the salad. I used to really like this place. probably won't order from here again. 😕

We ordered a family sized salad for $20 and ended up getting 6 small pieces of chicken, 7 crutons, 5 chickpeas, 4 pieces of cucumber, and 5 pieces of chicken sausage. 98% of the salad was spinach. This is not enough to feed one person let alone a family. This is the second time this has happened. Only order salads when in store since you can watch them put in the ingredients yourself.
