Double Bacon Hawaiian LTO thin crust- all good except dried red peppers were not one of the ingredients listed in the limited time offer pizza and they shook some red peppers all over it. It changed the flavor of the pizza a bit. That is something the customer decides to add, not the pizza maker. Especially since I declined jalapeños on the pizza, that's a big hint I wasn't into hot spices. Overall, very good but let customers add that kind of spice on their own, if they want it. They took the thin crust right to the edge of well done making it crispy and no fatty bacon because it was so well done to just the edge of charring. Yum.

DoorDash inflates the prices of the restaurants' menu items meaning the restaurant charges less for the same item. The box said $11.51 but the DD charge for the pizza was $15.35. There was a discount deal which took off $3 but that's a common ruse to inflate prices, then offer a percentage off, but the overall price with discount is still higher than what the restaurant sells it for. DD won't always offer a discount. The service fee and other fees were very low for this restaurant. I gave a 20% tip and the restaurant was only a half mile away. The delivery service was efficient.
The Create Your Own pizza was perfect, tasted great, and was made exactly as I ordered with options on how much sauce and the option to have the pizza well done which made it crispy. I appreciate those options.

I just want what I order please. I received basically a Sicilian pizza, thick crust, DRENCHED in sauce, barely any cheese few pepperonis. I ordered a simple Create Your Own Pizza with pepperoni. That uses their traditional crust and a regular amount of the other ingredients. I don't appreciate ordering something with the expectation that's what I'm receiving and that's not what I get. This is the first time I've gotten an incorrect order it's usually just very inconsistent in quality. I have always enjoyed their pizza and would just appreciate if I can get what I order and it not be under or over cooked or swimming in sauce or cheese or something else in excess.

Charged extra for extra sauce and then didn't put it in any of them. Asked for well done but they were burnt black

Order a Deluxe and the cheated me out the toppings. The meat had a sour smell. I was too scared to eat it.
