Their Mocha 20oz is so good, honestly the best I've had anywhere- it must be the cocoa or chocolate they use because I first had it in college and still haven't tasted anything like it elsewhere. I also really enjoy their bagels, so many delicious options that arent run of the mill, the pizza and pesto bagels are my favorite!

their bagels always arrive burnt, the pastries are mediocre and dry & they charge $4.50 for a 16oz coffee that tastes like its from a gas station/motel (so bad i can never finish.) they do have really good cream cheese spreads theShangri-lox ( lox spread) (8oz) & Jalapeños artichoke (8oz) are my favorites.
all the other bagel places i SR suck more so if you absolutely NEED a bagel this is probably your best betv

My egg salad sandwich came without lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and pepperoncini and had just a thin layer of bland egg salad only it. The size was small for the price and it lacked the flavor that comes with all the ingredients. I would not order this again as the quality was poor. I find that the quality of the sandwiches depends on who makes them - I've had great ones before.

Loxy lady was absolutely delicious. Could have used a bit more lox. Subbed cucumber inhead of tomato. Perfectly toasted. Chai was pretty good but it came iced instead of hot, otherwise would have given 5 stars.
