The pork belly bao was awesome, but the tonkotsu ramen was kind of average and the pork belly in it was a little dry/well done. I will go back just for the bao though.

Chicken Katsu Ramen and Gyoza were top tier as usual.
The Edamame was a new order for me. In terms of value it is great. just a few dollars for a very large order. However, the dish itself is a little awkward. The beans are still in the shell, making it a chore to eat, the seasoning pointless, and it potentially a coming hazard if you aren't familiar with the item. I feel like the item should become part of another dish or be removed entirely.

Very good Nami Signature Tonkotsu . The noodles and the broth were kept separate and ready to mix upon arrival. The Gyoza was really enjoyed by my coworkers.

I could not eat this. The broth smelt like fatty chicken skin. Everything was just slapped together in the bowl with an over cooked egg instead of poached. And dry hard chicken for the Chicken Katsu Ramen. I am shocked by the 4.6 rating.
