Probably one of the worst meals I've had from Nando's, and I'm a regular. Ordered lemon & herb chicken. The chicken was so dry and lacked flavour.

Paella is not paella, it is steamed rice with colouring, mixed with vegetables and proteins that were never cooked with the rice, which would be paella. I know what I am talking about as I am Spanish. Absolutely catastrophic. Call it tasteless rice with vegetables. On the other hand, the "bbq tenders" were good tasting, but a small portion. I would never order from this restaurant again, nothing seemed worthwhile to me.
