• 21/05/23this meal made me so happy. i have celiac disease and my favorite meal is ramen - something that is not typically gluten-free. i didnt know what to expect with this ramen and i can honestly say i was blown away. the gluten free ramen has rice noodles that pair so well with the broth. the broth is so flavorful and the boba was amazing too! so floral and a very traditional taste. this will be a new favorite of mine. the packaging is also so nice. i love that they staple the bag. 10/10 ordering from here again!!! :)

The Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen is delicious! Steaming hot with the broth served separate to keep the ramen and veggies fresh! Well made marinated eggs, perfectly cooked sliced chashu pork!
The Gyoza is so good, served with a tasty gyoza sauce!
The Edamame is cooked and salted just right and they fill the box!
The Lychee Jasmine Green Tea is refreshing and balanced with the right amount of sweetness!

• 19/03/25After living in Japan for years, this is probably the best, most authentic ramen in Boise. Their black garlic tonkotsu is great and they always go above and beyond whenever I dine in. They even take time to make cool little doodles!

• 16/12/23The Spicy Ramen is excellent. Have had it many times. Tried the Pork Chashu Don for the first time. It was a lot of food. The flavor was really great, my only complaint is that the rice was over cooked and tended to be mushy which took away from the flavor of the meal. If the rice was better prepared then this would likely be my goto meal.

• 13/07/25The Spicy Beef Ramen was good. Meat was very tender and broth was deliciously spiced. It was in the low-4 stars. I think ramen is definitely the star of their menu options.
Takoyaki Octopus and squid calamari were also great starter/appetizers.
The fifteen-dollar rolls Volcanol Roll and Valentine Roll were unfortunately quite overpriced. They had too much rice which were too sticky and not properly cooked/made. The Fred Meyer over the counter rolls were even better than these.
