The chicharon here was a bit misleading in that it isnt one big piece, it is normal size small pieces in three tacos. Those tacos were 15/10. Wanting to order another RIGHT NOW. Crispy, tender, everything it is supposed to be.

Went with the Backyard Burger. Burger and brisket were cooked excellent. Lots of flavor going on. With the red chile chips and what tasted like red chile bbq sauce. Had to try out the Frito Pie with carne adovada. This too had a lot of flavor and was great! Both were big portions. Would recommend either or.

I loved the New Mexico and Barbecue fusion. Everything was fresh and delicious! The portions are huge! The only ding i would say is the smoked Smoked Chicken Wings needs some seasoning. Other than all yummy

The brisket was delicious.....cooked perfectly. Nice portion.
The chicken wings were good, a couple were too well done to eat. Included 8 wings in portion.
Creamy Coleslaw also delicious and fresh.
The beans were ok, just not my taste. They were creamy but had a weird vinegar taste. Just my opinion .
Pimento Pickle Potato Salad very vinegar tasting. Again not my preference, but to each his own,
Red chili bbq sauce also really
good. Wasnt a big fan of the ranch style dip or the avocado green sauce
