just WOW! Absolutely incredible. Generous portion for the afforable price. Everything was cooked to perfection, my mouth started to water as soon as I opened the lid and smelled the Oxtail. This my first time ordering from Ocho Rios and it will not be the last! Better than I could have ever hoped for.

Everything was sooooo delicious!!! I am in Ottawa visiting and was nextdoor getting my hair done, so I ordered from them out of convenience and I'm sooooo glad that I did! Ocho Rios is my new go-to favourite spot for Jamaican food in Ottawa without a doubt. I'm hoping to even buy some to freeze and bring home to BC with me! Pineapple Ginger1. CHICKEN PATTY are heccin fantastic, flavorful and crispy and flaky and fresh its hard to tell which i like more between the beef or chicken BBQ FRIED Chicken they didnt have it so they replaced it with jerk chicken which is still amazingly juicy and a little spicy too :P portion is pretty big too will order again soon. POPS cold and bagged separately to keep it that way a nice touch.

Jerk Chicken & Oxtail -
The oxtail was very tender & tasty.
The jerk chicken was flavorsome & mildly spicy (2 pieces, 1 leg/drum & a thigh cut in half).
Rice & peas were cooked evenly.
The plantains were nice & sweet.
The steamed vegetables weren't overcooked.
I ordered a large portion, the meat servings could be more for the price.
Overall, I'd rate the order 4/5. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ocho Rios is top 1 in the city of Ottawa for Caribbean food. You get your moneys worth because the portions never dissapoint. The flavours are immaculate and endless options. Once I went to Ocho Rios and they were giving free food to the city and YES OXTAIL WAS ON THE MENU!! I love this restaurant and continue being the best !!
