Such a delicious breakfast everytime we order from here! Also such great prices:) You can never go wrong with oko bagels !! Great lattes and hot chocolate!!

the last 3 orders from OKO haven't been worth the money. I get the cost saving we're all having to do  but the prices ate outrageous for what's  been delivered.  burnt bagels. rosemary bagel so drenched in rock salt it was inedible. thin limp slice of tomatoes, hardly any turkey, no basil or olive oil. i thought it was the wrong sandwich. but it was just poorly made. it will be a long while before I order again and I've been ordering once  week on average

I wish they specified that the Latte (16 Oz.) is a cold latte and not a hot one, especially because the picture makes it look like a hot latte. It wasn't very good.
The bagels are really good. I got a message on the bag saying I need to order bulk bagels 1 day ahead, I didn't realize this, they still fulfilled my order of half dozen bagels but they substituted with other flavours.

Bagels were great as always but the coffee was frankly kind of disgusting. Only the top half of the cup was okay, but sips of the bottom half came with little clumps of flavorless ground coffee paste. Not sure how so much solid ended up in my coffee but please take better care to ensure the coffee is properly strained.
