Finally, REAL RAMEN BROTH!!!! So good every time. There are few ramen spots in Seattle that make the broth the authentic way... theirs is so flavorful and I have been able to use the left over broth for homemade soup the next day. Delish! Chicken sandwich was huge, my only criticism is I wanted a little more lettuce and aioli to balance the large chicken piece. Otherwise, I love Ooink.

I have ordered and dined multiple times. LOVE kotteri ramen as usual but want to add a note about the cucumber salad. I think it's new and it's great. Not your typical Chinese peanut sauce! There is some spiciness into it (i guess) maybe from sambal? Would def love to purchase the sauce by itself!!!

Mala Kotteri Ramen tastes amazing. The portion was great, pork was very tender and it does numb your tongue it's a weird experience I've never had before but i definitely would order again.
