At Open Kitchen,  it's like the name says. Tastes like my childhood food, growing up my dad used to take me to a similar place. Although the fast Chinese food taste, everything is made as you order and you can see them make it. This place is old school and serves you family plate portions and prices, just like we Asians do. There may be a few orders that are bowls but everything else is plate to order portions so be prepared to eat a lot or share.

we look forward to  the

23. Steamed Pork Dumplings (10)
& Eggrolls 
Will be eating everything again later as left overs/fingerfood/munchies 
and we might finish our  Shrimp  Rice  as 
breakfast lunch & dinner the servings were generous

The house chow mein tasted burnt. The hot and sour soup was disappointing. It used to be my favorite from here. This place has really gone downhill.

The 22. Fried Cheese Wontons(10) soggy and the cheese was curdled. 

10. Orange Chicken soggy and too citrusy. Not balanced in flavor. 
 
This is my first time ordering in 2 years and the quality is different.
