Slow cooked then seared. Not typical ribs. Absolutely delicious though. Huge portion.

EXTREMELY bad value. Dry, terrible Steakhouse Chips, very very small Raspberry Cheesecake for $14! It's an inch in diameter! Very extremely poor value. I'm actually in shock.

Delicious! All of it. The restaurant was very accommodating—despite limited side options online, they honored my request to substitute mashed potatoes, which I really appreciated
