Usually they are good. But the Baked Potato Soup was watery for $9. Plus they didn't add the extra cheese requested. And I got the Gold Coast Coconut Shrimp**. But they didn't put the dipping sauce in. A big disappointment for $19. The expediter missed a lot. For the expense, it needs to be consistent.

I've always loved Outback's Kookaburra Wings when dining in, they're usually flavorful, juicy, and one of my favorite menu items. Unfortunately, my delivery experience was the complete opposite.

The wings had almost no flavor, were overcooked, and were dry. It honestly felt like far less care went into preparing a delivery order because, unlike dining in, it's not exactly easy to bring it back or have it corrected. Spending over $20 on wings that tasted nothing like what I've enjoyed in the restaurant was very disappointing.

If you're craving the Kookaburra Wings, I would definitely recommend ordering them in the restaurant instead of for delivery.

The lobster tails were so tiny - not worth the money. I will not order to go again.

The steak was terrible. It seemed like it was quickly seared (burnt) early in the day then sat in a pan drying out, waiting for someone (me) to order it, then tossed in the microwave for a minute. I added mushrooms to it. I got a cup of rubbery canned whole mushrooms with their French Onion Soup poured over them. I hope it was just a slack ass lazy cook and that isn't how they typically prepare mushrooms added to a steak. It was gross.

You can't get prime rib, done outback style through DoorDash. Only traditional. I ordered creamy horseradish with it and actually paid extra but didn't get it. The lobster was dry, and they sent no butter with it to try to bring it back to life. The loaded potato was not loaded. They sent a small container of shredded cheese for the potato, putting cheese on a potato, doesn't make it loaded, no bacon, no onions, etc.
The single thing I like best about outback is the prime rib. This is kind of a letdown.
