The sirloin steak was very tender and juicy. Excellent meal that I would recommend to anyone. The cake was also fresh and moist.

The Outback Center-Cut Sirloin* turned out great, just like we ordered it: medium rare with some pink in the middle. However, the Ribeye* 13 oz. was undercooked (ordered medium rare and it was cooked rare at best) and a majority of the cut was fat/gristle. Not sure if I just got the short end of the stick, or the kitchen was having an off night, but to be charged what we were charged for the ribeye and for us to receive what we got is definitely a poor value and quality. Everything else was good though.

The salad we received was inedible and we threw most of it away. The cucumbers were discolored, the lettuce was stale, the croutons were stale and they included less than one half of a small container of dressing. The Blooming Onion was not cooked completely and the container was not completely closed. The paper bag that the food was delivered in was also not sealed at the top.

I have ordered the same order from Outback 6 times. This time the steak was OVERLY seasoned, like WOW it was noticeable. BUT that wasn't what disappointed me.
I paid extra from the Blue Cheese Chopped salad. There was no, blue cheese, zero not even a crumb...I looked. No crispy toping sprinkle things and the salad dressing container was less than half full. I love this salad, since my first day eating at Outback, this is the only side salad I've ordered. It is disappointing because it's like a $2.99 up charge for the Blue Cheese Chopped Salad.
Other than that this place has always been fine. I guess 1 outta 6 isn't that bad.

I asked for a well done steak and it was pink inside. I order the rice and sweet potato all the time and always good and adequate. This time was different. I had a little more than a tablespoon of rice and a very small potato that was half burned.
