Food is good, but sometimes they put my cheese on the bottom of the box when I get in a boat and then it's all stuck to the box. Sometimes they short me special sauce even though I pay for it.
I will still order from here often though because I can trust the meat is natural and better quantity than other drive thru places.

Super psyched to gave PTerrys in Bastrop. As a non Texas native I was excited to try it for the first time. I was pleasantly suprised by the Crispy Chicken Burger with Cheese. It was just the right size, great flavor , and the cutomization options were appreciated. The Grilled Chicken Burger with Cheese was also very good. It had good flavor in every bite. As compared to some of the iffy chicken pattys at the competitors.

Double Cheeseburger was unseasoned, French Fries were soggy and unsalted. Chicken Bites were decent. Still love this place so i'll give them the benefit of the doubt that something was up.

Usually wonderful, no mistakes. But due to the storm, behind in orders. The hamburgers are great as usual, but I asked for light ice on 2 sodas and I got cups packed in ice. Cookies and straws were left out . The receipts showed my correct orders. Not a huge deal, saved me some calories

The burgers I ordered are perfect the pink lemonade was actually mixed well but my main issue with my order is my fries they were all very stale. I ended up having to throw away the majority of them away. I would still order again because this is the first time they were like this.
